Hi! I’m Keaha, a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Therapist, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. With a Master’s degree in Social Work and 6 years of experience, I specialize in providing empathetic counseling services to individuals and couples.

With a diverse background in mental health and social work, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my practice. I have a particular passion for working with individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), helping them navigate the challenges of emotional dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, and identity disturbances. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with survivors of domestic violence, providing trauma-informed care, and empowering individuals to break free from abusive relationships and reclaim their lives.

In addition to my focus on BPD and domestic violence, I have expertise in a wide range of areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and self-esteem. Whether you’re struggling with overwhelming emotions, navigating a difficult life transition, or seeking to improve your relationships, I am here to provide compassionate support and evidence-based interventions to help you thrive.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from various modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-based techniques. I believe in the importance of tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs and strengths, and I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.

If you’re ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation, I invite you to take the first step towards healing. Contact me to begin your path toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
