Hi! I’m Mary (or Maria), a Licensed Independent Social Worker. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations in various settings, from agencies to hospitals and even in-home environments.

As an LGBTQIA ally, creating a safe and inclusive space for all individuals is incredibly important to me. In every therapy session, I strive to bring empathy, compassion, clarity, and hope to my clients.

My approach to therapy is holistic, and I’m deeply passionate about mindfulness and intentionality. I believe in empowering my clients to find balance, strength, and resilience as they navigate their healing journey.

I have specific training in grief therapy, trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and strength-based therapy. These modalities allow me to tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

Above all, my goal is to foster a sense of hope and empowerment in my clients’ lives. I’m dedicated to creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel empowered to explore their emotions and experiences openly.

Through my work, I aim to help my clients discover their inner strength and embrace their healing journey with courage and resilience.
