Hi! I’m Rena. I am a passionate, feminist-oriented, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a trauma survivor. My focus is on working with women, ages 18 and older, to overcome and heal. My motivation comes from the growth and inner strength of each and every client I work with. My goal is to help clients heal and, from that healing, experience their lives in a way that will bring them peace, stability, and empowerment. I believe in the healing power of mindfulness which is interwoven into all my therapeutic approaches.

I am EMDR trained which allows me to provide evidence-based therapy for complex and single-incident trauma, anxiety/stressor-related disorders, and mood disorders. In addition to EMDR, I utilized cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy as integrative approaches with EMDR, or as standalone approaches for those who prefer not to engage in EMDR.  Ohio License # E.2202847/Florida Telehealth Provider # TPMC879

Hi! I’m Keaha. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I have been working with women and trauma since 2018. I have my master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in mental health.

I am a trauma survivor with a passion for helping other women who have experienced trauma. I enjoy working with women and learning how to obtain healthy relationships, improve self-love, set healthy boundaries, and heal from narcissistic abuse. I have had experience in providing both individual and group therapy. I have extensive experience in providing therapy to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. In addition, I have facilitated a community trauma treatment group for women. My primary trauma-informed therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety Curriculum, Art Therapy, strength-based treatments, and holistic practices to heal the Mind-Body-Spirit.

I am very proud to have been a presenter at the Hope and Healing Conference in 2021. My presentation focused on treating trauma disorders combined with addictive behaviors.  Ohio License # I.2102576

Hi! I’m Sarah. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who is deeply passionate about assisting others in finding freedom and healing from traumatic experiences. Having experienced my own journey of freedom and healing following traumatic experiences, I’m able to offer a level of empathy and trust in the therapeutic relationship, that by its very nature, can be healing.

My focus is on working with adults, ages 18 and older, who are ready to embrace the journey toward freedom and healing. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with specific training in Somatic-Based Interventions and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), believing that trauma is stored in the body and that healing requires treating both the mind and the body. I also utilize a Strengths-Based approach to focus on the innate parts of us that have allowed us to be resilient through traumatic experiences and can also provide us the opportunity to heal.  Ohio License # E.2202946

Hi! I’m Ella, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor passionate about fostering growth and wellness in children, adolescents, and young adults. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, dysthymia, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, and reactive attachment disorder.

The foundation for therapy begins with a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. This is where I start with my clients.  From there, I like to serve as a guiding point for my clients as they learn how to move through the valleys of life and stand tall at life’s peaks. By using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and other therapy approaches, I am able to attune to younger clients by approaching healing in a holistic way, creating an environment where the therapy is modified to fit the client. My motivation comes from the growth I witness in my clients. I will be with you all the way as you strive to become the very best version of yourself. Ohio License # E.2203018
