Hi, I’m Alicia! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Ohio. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I'm honored to support clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I hold dual Master’s Degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Holistic Psychology. With a background in education and a passion for guiding others through healing and transformation, I have experience working with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and the belief that every person carries the inner wisdom and strength to heal. I integrate traditional therapeutic modalities with holistic practices—blending mindfulness, meditation, and Sound Healing into our work. These tools help calm the nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and offer grounding, especially when words aren’t enough.In sessions, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and self-compassion-based approaches to help clients regulate emotions, shift unhelpful patterns, and build a more supportive relationship with themselves.

 I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, including women healing from domestic abuse, clients moving through significant life changes, and those impacted by PTSD.

Beyond individual therapy, I offer Sound Baths and ancestral Cacao Ceremonies and facilitate workshops and retreats focused on holistic healing and empowerment.At the heart of my work is creating a space where you can slow down, breathe, and feel safe to show up exactly as you are.
