Hi, I’m Jane, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Ohio. I feel fortunate to have come of age during a time when many of the stigmas around mental health have begun to fade. Even with that progress, I recognize how much trust it takes to reach out for support—it’s not an easy step.
That’s why I approach therapy as a collaborative process. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your own growth, every step of the way.
Creating a safe, welcoming, and reflective space is central to my work. Within that environment, the path toward healing often becomes more steady and accessible—something that may have once felt out of reach.
Opening up about the most private parts of our lives can feel deeply vulnerable—and often intimidating. Experiences like depression, anxiety, trauma, self-defeating patterns, neurodivergence, personality differences, relationship challenges, confidence, and stability can all shape how we see ourselves and connect with others.
My goal is for you to leave each session feeling a bit lighter, with greater clarity and practical tools you can use between sessions. I take an integrative approach, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused techniques to meet your unique needs. I am also certified in Gottman Level 1, which informs my work with relationships and couples.
My focus is on shaping our therapy space to fit your unique needs as we begin to understand the path ahead together. I approach our work with ongoing curiosity, warmth, and deep respect for your perspective and lived experience.
