Position: Mental Health Therapist

Description

A full-time W-2 position is available for an Ohio licensed therapist with a Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or a related field. We are looking for candidates who are open to embracing a holistic approach to healing and are licensed as LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S, or LMFT.

Expectations

Minimum of 25 direct client hours per week required to meet full-time status and be eligible for benefits. Compensation is based on experience and weekly direct client hours:

Earning Potential 

(Fee-for-Service Model)

- 25 direct client hours weekly: $66K-$72K

- 30 direct client hours weekly: $79K-$87K

- 35 direct client hours weekly: $92K-102K
