Open Position
Empowered Healing is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPCC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW/LISW) to join our supportive and collaborative team of therapists in a W-2 employee position. This is a hybrid position.
Support
- Consistent referrals to help maintain a stable caseload
- Full administrative support, including scheduling and client coordination
- Insurance credentialing and billing management
- Claims follow-up and insurance communication
- Electronic health record system
- Clinical consultation and collaboration within a supportive team

What Your Week Will Look Like
- Providing individual therapy sessions to a caseload of approximately 22–25 clients per week
- Completing clinical documentation within the EHR
- Collaborating with colleagues for consultation when helpful
- Maintaining ethical and professional standards of care
Qualifications
- Licensed in Ohio as an LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW
- Previous private practice experience is a bonus, but not required
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain timely documentation
- Interest in working in a collaborative team environment

Compensation
$50,000 - $90,000 per year
(This position operates on a fee-for-service basis and does not include a fixed salary)
