Individual: $160 (Intake Appt); $125 (55-60 min session)

Family/Couples: $175 (Intake Appt); $160 (55-60 min session)

Extended Time Beyond 60 minutes: $45 per additional 15 minutes 

Out of Network: We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.

Private Yoga/Reiki Sessions (not covered by insurance)

Reiki Sessions

First session: $100 1 hour 15 minutes

Returning clients: $85 1 hour

Reiki Training, Certifications, & Attunements

Level 1: $200 4-5 hours

Level 2: $200 4-5 hours (depending on # of participants)

Private Yoga Classes 

Restorative with Reiki: $100 1 hour

Restorative: $80 1 hour

Yoga Nidra: $80 1 hour

Meditation & Breath Awareness: $80 1 hour

De-Stress & Stretch: $80 1 hour/ $40 1/2 hour

Beginner Yoga: $80 1 hour

Payment

We accept HSA cards, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a counseling session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. No-shows will be charged the full session rate. Late cancellations will be charged $75.
