Hi! I'm Katherine, a Licensed Professional Counselor deeply passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to self-discovery and personal growth. My clinical focus revolves around helping clients recognize their strengths and areas for improvement, and then supporting them as they take steps toward becoming their best selves.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults dealing with a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, low self-esteem, ADHD, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from person-centered talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
