Hi! I'm Katherine, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor deeply passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to self-discovery and personal growth. My clinical focus revolves around helping clients recognize their strengths and areas for improvement, and then supporting them as they take steps toward becoming their best selves.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults dealing with a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, low self-esteem, ADHD, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from person-centered talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

Creating a safe and non-judgmental space is paramount in my practice. I aim to provide an environment where clients feel secure exploring their emotions, behaviors, and life goals. Establishing a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and mutual respect is fundamental to my work.
