Hi! I’m Keaha. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I have been working with women and trauma since 2018. I have my master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in mental health.

I am a trauma survivor with a passion for helping other women who have experienced trauma. I enjoy working with women and learning how to obtain healthy relationships, improve self-love, set healthy boundaries, and heal from narcissistic abuse. I have had experience in providing both individual and group therapy. I have extensive experience in providing therapy to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. In addition, I have facilitated a community trauma treatment group for women. My primary trauma-informed therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety Curriculum, Art Therapy, strength-based treatments, and holistic practices to heal the Mind-Body-Spirit.

I am very proud to have been a presenter at the Hope and Healing Conference in 2021. My presentation focused on treating trauma disorders combined with addictive behaviors.
