I’m Keaha, a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Therapist, committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. With a Master’s degree in Social Work and 6 years of experience, I specialize in providing empathetic counseling services to individuals and couples.

With a diverse background in mental health and social work, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my practice. I have a particular passion for working with individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), helping them navigate the challenges of emotional dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, and identity disturbances. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with survivors of domestic violence, providing trauma-informed care, and empowering individuals to break free from abusive relationships and reclaim their lives.

In addition to my focus on BPD and domestic violence, I have expertise in a wide range of areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and self-esteem.
