Hi, I’m Lydia! I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate through difficult life events and stressors. I work from a person-centered lens, offering an inclusive, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to everyone I work with. My clinical focus centers around empowering and supporting you as you navigate personal journeys toward improved mental wellness.
I specialize in working with adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, adjustment concerns, grief, low self-esteem, and perfectionism. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), somatic somatic trauma therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable exploring your own emotions, thoughts, and identities. I aim to empower you on your unique journey, sharing each step of the way through a collaborative process to identify goals and needs.
