Hi! I’m Sydney, a devoted and enthusiastic Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA), and Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am passionate about helping guide individuals through life’s biggest challenges. My clinical focus involves helping those who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, low self-esteem, and various other mental health concerns. I specialize in utilizing an integrative and holistic approach to therapy. I have had the pleasure of working with children, adolescents, and adults, where I have had the opportunity to use an integrative and holistic approach, allowing me to meet my clients where they are.

With a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and 8 years of work in the mental health field, I have invaluable experience in therapeutic crisis intervention, consultation, dual diagnosis, individual counseling, and intensive outpatient group counseling.  Through evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and somatic healing approaches, I can help unveil the sources of your pain and help guide you on your journey of finding inner peace and overall health and wellness.
