Hi! I’m Sydney, a devoted and enthusiastic licensed professional counselor (LPC), chemical dependency counselor assistant (CDCA), and certified trauma professional (CTP) who is passionate about helping guide individuals through life’s biggest challenges. My clinical focus involves helping those who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, low self-esteem, and various other mental health concerns. I specialize in utilizing an integrative and holistic approach to therapy. I have had the pleasure of working with children, adolescents, and adults, where I have had the opportunity to use an integrative and holistic approach, allowing me to meet my clients where they are.

With a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and 8 years of work in the mental health field, I have invaluable experience in therapeutic crisis intervention, consultation, dual diagnosis, individual counseling, and intensive outpatient group counseling.  Through evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and somatic healing approaches, I can help unveil the sources of your pain and help guide you on your journey of finding inner peace and overall health and wellness.
