Hi, I'm Sidney! I am a licensed social worker in Ohio with bachelor's degrees in Psychology, Child and Family Studies, and Art Therapy, plus a master's in Social Work from Miami University. 

I have experience working with adolescents, teens, and young adults, helping them navigate the unique challenges of identity, relationships, academic pressures, and mental health concerns. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, or life transitions, I create a space where young people feel heard, respected, and supported. My approach fosters resilience, emotional regulation, and self-awareness, equipping clients with the tools to thrive.

My approach is holistic and client-centered, using evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Care, and ACT. I empower clients to manage emotions, overcome challenges, set boundaries, and build healthier patterns in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
