Hi! I’m Ella, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), dedicated to fostering growth and wellness in children, adolescents, and young adults. I have experience in addressing a diverse array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, dysthymia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), conduct disorder, and reactive attachment disorder (RAD).

My passion lies in providing compassionate and evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each individual I work with. Whether guiding children through the complexities of emotional regulation, assisting adolescents in navigating the challenges of identity formation, or supporting young adults in managing the transitions of early adulthood, I am committed to empowering my clients to overcome obstacles and thrive.

Throughout my career, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the developmental stages and psychological dynamics inherent in childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood. My approach integrates a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), play therapy, and trauma-focused interventions, to facilitate meaningful change and promote lasting wellness.
