Pamela Quarles, LPC, LICDC

Accepting New Clients

Hi, I’m Pam! As a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC), my primary goal is to support you on your journey to a happier, healthier life. With an undergraduate degree from Fisk University and graduate studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University, I’ve dedicated my career to helping adults, youth, families, and couples through various therapeutic approaches. Whether it's individual therapy, group sessions, or working within residential, acute care, or outpatient settings, I tailor my methods to meet your unique needs.

My experience spans behavioral health centers, Youth Village homes, and school environments, where I've mentored many students. This role deepened my commitment to learning evidence-based theories and interventions and has empowered me to catalyze positive change in my client's life.

I’ve led counseling programs that address diverse community needs, always with a focus on meeting you where you are in your journey. My approach is centered on helping you achieve a balanced lifestyle by developing coping and problem-solving skills that foster independence and resilience. Together, we’ll explore treatment options like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance therapy, family systems therapy, motivational interviewing, and more. I aim to help you regain control of your life through emotional regulation and intentional, healthy decision-making, guiding you toward discovering “Your Best You.”

Beyond my professional work, I’m passionate about giving back to the community through volunteer projects like Habitat for Humanity and Paint the Town.  My diverse interests and commitment to community service reflect my belief in the importance of balance, connection, and personal growth—values I strive to bring into my work with you.
