Hi, I’m Jasmine! I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Holding both licenses allows me to take a flexible, whole-person approach to therapy—supporting you not just as an individual, but also in the context of your relationships, environment, and the life experiences that have shaped you. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, relationship struggles, or emotional overwhelm, I offer care that is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in practical support.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of concerns—grief and loss, trauma, loneliness, mood fluctuations, burnout, and relationship conflict, to name a few. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how pain can show up in our lives and how important it is to have a safe space to process, heal, and reconnect with yourself and others.

I deeply believe that you are the expert on your own life. My job isn’t to give you all the answers—it’s to help you uncover the strength, clarity, and confidence you already have. Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you, identify the patterns that no longer serve you, and find new ways to cope, grow, and move forward with intention.
